Painful Stretch Mark

Has anyone else had a painful stretch mark??
I have a 5yr old and 10mth old, stretch marks came with my first and none with second.
Just recently one on side of tummy has become painful. It feels bruised, I thought I must've hurt myself but it's been about a month and still sore to touch
Has anyone experienced this?
