Not sure what to do

My 9 yr old D biological father has been in and out of jail for the past 6 years and is in a bikey gang he never has really made a effort to see her only when it suits him she has nt seen him for over a year anyway he has been out of jail for 3 months and decides to call the other day she doesn't want to talk to him or see him she doesn't even know him . His mother called today and tried to get her to talk to him but she said no thanks I don't want to talk to him . Then tried to turn it around on me saying to her that I'm making her not want to see or talk to him . I have always been honest with my kids and tell them the truth . She calls my now partner dad and see a him as dad since he has been in her life since she was 18 months old . I don't know what to do I'm worried he is just going to come and take her away and I am scared . There are no court orders in place and he has a history of DV has anyone been in a similar situation .
