I have noticed over the last few months one of my nipples have been leaking most nights while asleep, I am not pregnant or breast feeding, or have breast feed for over a year and a half now. It is clear and yellowy. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should head to the GP? Could anyone help?

Head to the doctor, better to be safe than sorry. Hope it's nothing serious, good luck :-)
It could be nothing or it could be something. Either way, see your GP to get it checked out or you may not know until too late.
Agree with other im's if in doubt, GP for sure!
