Needing advice from those in HR/Recruitment positions

I currently work as a Site Administrator for a mining company, a large part of my job is HR. I have a Certificate IV Business Administration. I am weighing up my options from here - I think I want to go into HR/Recruitment. My options are:

Triple qualification (Diploma of Business, Diploma of HR Management and Diploma of Management)

Bachelor of Business (HR and Accounting majors)/Diploma of Business (1st year is diploma to make it cheaper and easier to do while working full time)

My question is, for the extra work and money is it worth doing a Bachelor rather than Diplomas?

I think a Bachelor will be likely to gain more respect than a diploma.

Also a lot of more senior jobs require 'tertiary qualifications' so you would need a degree.
