If you generally regular period of every 28 days give or take a few here and there suddenly is no where to be seen after 1 week after 2 weeks after negative pregnancy test one would draw what conclusion. Feeling lost.

There are lots of different reasons you can miss a period. Just worrying about it can cause you to skip it. Sleep deprivation, weight loss or gain, ageing and stress can also cause a period to be very late or skipped.
If you haven't had a blood test to rule pregnancy in or out that would be my next step.
There are lots of different reasons that this can happen so I would head to theDr to get it all checked out. I missed my period for 3 months, each month had several negative pregnancy tests, then was rushed into hospital for surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, lost a lot of blood and also lost one of my tubes. So I would say better to be safe than sorry visit the Dr.
