Mental health plans

Help with mental health plans

Hi ladies
I'm currently seeing a psychologist and I've used up my mental health plan sessions (been tough times lately). I was told there is another plan the doc can give me - like an extended plan for some more sessions and I've completely forgotten the name of it.

Can anyone help please??
