I've narrow down my research to the Manduca and the Ergo baby carriers and would like to hear from other mums to which carrier they'd prefer. I'm chasing both positive and negative feedbacks. My baby is 3 months old now so I need something that's comfortable as I plan on taking him for walks in it. Are they easy to place babies in/out of? Do they support the babies head well? Are they hot to wear? Thanks in advance.

I love my manduca. I only use it about once a week or so when shopping, particularly grocery shopping so I can push a trolley. My DD is now 9 months and you only want to do it for an hour or so because she is getting heavier.
I love my ergo! be ware though, many companies make (very real looking) fake ergo carriers. So if you are buying it online or second hand do some serious research and only buy 1st hand from a reputable Babes in Arms stockist. Both support the baby well with back and head. I am in Far North QLD and don't find my ergo too hot. I can still get my 3 year old in my ergo but I mainly wear my 19 month old daughter still. I can wear my daughter (13kg) for hours and hours without trouble.
BTW, they are very easy to use on both back and front too :)
Best bet is to try them both on if possible. I found the ergo more comfortable but then my friend loves her manduca.. I tried it on n found it dug into me. So I think ur body shape will determine wats more comfortable for u n bub
