Ive been in love with this guy for over a year now but he lives in Queensland when i live in victoria. Were deeply in love with each other and tears us a part when were not together..we catch up only a few times but talk everyday with out fail. Im dying to move up with him and be happy forever but.. i have a 3yo daughter and her father lives in vic too. If i did tell him im moving 90% sure he'll get annoyed and take me to court and things would get really ugly and i dont want my daughter in that situation. I want her father to be apart of her life and see her when he wants of course but i also want to be with the one i love so much. Im stressed out so much :(

I'm sorry but you have to stay put. Why can't the love of your life move to VIctoria? If he doesn't have kids and isn't prepared to move then he might just be enjoying the game. So think very carefully.
I'm sorry but I think you need to stay in Vic. A daughters relationship with the father is so important, you would be straining it. He has every right to be annoyed if you moved. Wouldn't you be pissed if he did that to you. If he loved you (and has no children) get him to come to you. In the meantime, wait til your daughter grows up to then decide to move.
