Leaky bladder

Hi Im’s,
I’m in my early 40’s, several toddler/small children (all born about 10pnds and I’m a small frame) and now I constantly leak urine. When I go to the toilet practically every time I’m finished, I get up and a few seconds later more comes out. I’m wearing a panty liner, If I sneeze or laugh too hard, I’ll leak, I don’t want my husband to go ‘down there’ unless I’ve had a shower. I can smell faint urine odour on myself sometimes when I uncross my legs or something. It’s awful. Does anyone have any advice? What can I do? Thanks

Go to your GP there are a number of different causes and treatments depending on the cause and they can refer you to appropriate tests etc

you could have a torn muscle or have a bit of a slight prolapse, you should talk to your gp, because it could be as simple as doing pelvic floors or instrument aided pelvic floors - which is what i did and helped i went from losing the feeling that i needed to go and would loose a entire load of pee to only wetting myself when i sneeze, cough or laugh uncontrollably. the next step for me is to have surgery to have my bladder repositioned
