Lack of Motivation

I am severely lacking motivation in the exercise and healthy eating arenas. I want to have my mojo back but everything I do seems to fail : (

Perhaps I'm bored with the same old methods? Any ideas for yummy healthy snacks in particular and fun types of exercise? Thanks lovely IMs

Here is what worked for me. Making small changes one at a time, and making sure they were part of my daily routine so that I could maintain a healthy lifestyle over a long period of time.
So for me I started with breakfast. Once a healthy breakfast was routine then I moved to morning snack, and so on. It helped it feel less overwhelming and way easier to maintain because I wasn't changing everything all at once. It's been so easy. With exercise I did the same thing. Got myself a pedometer and started small and worked my way up. Once I'd built some half decent fitness I started at the gym. But again it was all part of my routine. I have a routine I follow everyday so it's automatic, I don't have to find time to go to the gym or to walks because it's in the schedule. If someone asks me to do something in that time I very politely say I'm busy in that time slot, because I am.
I've lost 3 dress sizes in 3 months and seriously it's been so easy. So many times I've tried these massive lifestyle changes and have failed.

small changes and find a great bootcamp or gym classes. my bootcamp is only $10 a lesson and three days a week and i love it. working out with great funny ladies is contagious. Once you enjoy exercising again the healthy eating will come.
