is it just me or are children always hungry?

I'm just wondering how much food other mums feed their children? My daughters 3 and 1 eat so much and seem to be constantly asking for more!
A typical day for my 3 year old goes a little like this...
Breakfast: piece of fruit, toast and a weetbix or cornflakes. Sometimes a banana and berry smoothie.
Lunch: 3/4 cruskits with avocado and cream cheese, yoghurt and fruit.. Doesn't eat much bread at lunch. Sometimes I cook pasta with homemade vegetable sauce or cheese.
Dinner: usually chicken with vegetables (sweet potato, potato, peas, carrots, corn) whatever vege or pasta bolognaise or crumbed fish and homemade chips..
For snacks they eat lots of fruit, jatz and cheese, carrot sticks, an occasional homemade biscuit or muffin. Sometimes a milo.
Drink lots of water and milk throughout the day.
Honestly they just never stop... Just wondering if it's the same for all little growing bodies?

Yep, same here, they graze all day long & if i forget to feed her for a little while she gets grumpy.

Lol no offence intended but this questions to me just seems like " look how healthy my kids eat!" Not actually a question. But yes the words " I want something to eat" come out of my 3 yr olds mouth more then any other.
