Hi, I had a lawyer help me with divorce. Last I heard from her was August where she told me he had signed the papers (meaning we have both signed the papers.) Now how long should it be before this is final? What is the next step? I plan on going back to my maiden name. Can I change my name legally but still be known as my married name at the kid's schools?
