I have a 2 1/2 yr old boy who never seems to eat much, he isn't fussy will eat just about everything. The problem is he just doesn't eat much of it will only pick and graze throughout he day and only eat a tiny bit. I think he is starting to look pretty skinny, he is 97cm tall and weighs 13.6kg. Over a whole day he would be lucky to eat 1 sandwich, 1 piece of fruit, 1 slice of cheese and a couple of biscuits then 4 tablespoons of dinner (whatever we have stirfry, casserole, roast ect). He loves his milk and water and constantly wants to drink ( which probably makes him feel full). Does anyone have any advice /tips on how I can get him to eat more? Should I look at putting him on kids sustagen?

He might be drinking too much milk and water. Children this age only need about 1L a day. I would only be giving 1 cup of milk a day..maybe two. Sustagen shouldn't be used to replace a meal and I think it would just be dragging out the process longer. You want him to be eating. When my daughter went through this I set out meal times which included 2 snack times. Dont let him to snack and nibble through out the day. It also is bad for their teeth. Good luck
