How do I start living?

I'm so sick of just 'being' I want to start living my life!
But how? I work in a fast paced, high demanding job. I have 2 little kids while they are hard work they are getting easier. My partner is a self rightious slob who is so freaking lazy, he runs his own business so expects me to do every thing else.
How do I do it? I'm not depressed but I am so completely over being everyone's bitch. I cook, I clean, I look after the children and work. How do I make the time for me when there is no time to spare and I'm made to feel guilty if I want time out?
I don't know what I'm asking really, it's more of a vent. But I am so stuck in this dark hole that is my life and I can't get myself out of it.

You get rid of the husband???? At least when you are single there isn't the resentment that someone should be pulling there weight but isn't. It also means one less person to clean up after.

But honestly, it's time hubby stepped up. You both work hard and you both have kids. If he doesn't step up I'd wonder if we really are a partnership or if I'm in this on my own!

Deligate. Write up a roster of who does which jobs and when...rather than wait for them to step up give them clear instructions on who does what when involve them in the decision making process...and list rewards for if everything gets done.....a milk shake at the local cafe. A remote control jeep they have wanted once they earn enough points. A trip to the park. Or a trip for everyone to the zoo if that's what they choose to work towards. Pocket money

Ourhome is a very handy app for deligating jobs and it has a built in points and rewards system for keeping track.

It is also handy for reinforcing preferred behaviours with a couple of points for showers tooth brushing taking your washing out and hanging your towel up after a shower.

Although a roster on a white board with stickers for completed tasks works well too depending on their ages.
