I am fortunate enough to be a traditional surrogate for beautiful intending parents who have been trying for a baby for more than 10 years now and we have just had our first positive test...would love to hear of some fun ways to break the news to them. TIA xx

How fun!!! Could you attatch the positive pee stick (if that's how you found out) to a helium balloon saying congratulations, pop it on their doorstep, knock on the door, take a few steps back so the first thing they see is the balloon, shortly followed by you being the very next thing they see, party poppers and streamers too! And someone on the side filming it all ... Right before Christmas too, what a beautiful gift, I have goosebumps! Congratulations to you all <3 so exciting, please let us know what you end up doing!!!
Awww just reading this brought tears to my eyes, they can finally have their baby. I like the balloon idea or maybe even (as a Christmas present to) a bracelet or necklace engraved with mummy and daddy for each of them. And a baby one but unengraved. Congrats for them such an amazing thing and just before Christmas!
Put the positive test in a box along with blue & pink baby booties, and maybe frame the poem below?
