High fat low sugar diet for ADHD son

Hi Ladies,
My 9yr old son has ADHD and is on Ritalin and has been loosing weight as a result. He is small for his age and a very healthy eater, loves salads and fruit, which is great but I need him to put on some weight. I have been told by his Dr to give him icecream and sustagen which I am doing and does put the weight on but I would also love some ideas on high fat but low sugar foods. TIA

My son struggled weight issues last year for other reasons and I fat loaded everything! We had totally opposite nutritional needs. Firstly I did the ice real and sustagen trick :) you could try using avocados as a vegetable as they are high in fat. Lots of nuts have a good amount in them too. I stopped trimming any fat off meat etc and stopped cooking healthy versions if things
