I'm 13 days away from delivery of my 4th child and this is very embarrassing but I've began to pee myself everytime I lean forward or scratch my tail bone. I do keegles everyday and have so since before the birth of my 1st child 12 yrs ago. I'm at my wits end and so very embarrassed I just don't know what to do. Is this going to be what the rest of my life will be like ?Will I be the tinkler?

Talk to your doctor!
I reckon once that heavy weight is off your bladder it will ease off, but I'd still be checking with the doctor to rule out any major issues. Good luck with the birth and congratulations!
I found something out recently: Kegels don't actually work!
Functional, weight bearing movements like squats help with pelvic floor strength. When baby is here, ask for a referral to a physio specialising in women's health issues like this, it can be fixed but it's not likely to be before bubba arrives. Talk to your dr now to get everything in place for after, and get yourself some LBL pads (Tena or something).
