Help with a c-section problem

Has anyone had a problem with their scar?? I have 2 children my first i had normally the second was through a c-section because i have placenta previa and couldn't have him normally. It's been 7 1/2 weeks since ive had him and my scar is playing up, it hurts when i walk to long or sleep on it, it hurts when i sit down for too long and its only on my left side in my mid section. Ive stopped bleeding and everything has kinda gone back to the way it was, not as quick as with my first though i still have a tummy bump. My scar has healed and isn't so red but above it seems to be still swollen!! I look like i have a second tummy because my waist is so tiny and my tummy isn't that flat yet, I've never had this before and i know i can't expect to go straight back to normal after 2 kids but dose this go away?? Im fairly skinny, I weigh 50 kilos and only got to 56 kilos during my pregnancy. It's just making me a little insecure and i keep pushing "fun time" back with my partner and wont shower or change infront of him unless its covered because I dont feel as beautiful as i once was after my daughter, you can even see the palvic bump through my underwear and tights, i can't even wear jeans or trackies because it makes the bump bugger. I know im still skinny and should be happy about that but i just don't think this is normal.

Yes this is what heppened to me. And it got.worse after each child. I was self concious for awhile after. Pain wise with all 3 of my sections i found it painful with different movements till.about 8wks. My last section was 19mths ago and in some areas the skin is still numb.

It took two years for mine to stop hurting, but it was an emergency rush job that was a bit messy. My husband likes my scar he touches it and when I get down on myself he tells me that it saved my life and our sons life so how could he not love it. Muscles get stretched and things move around it takes a while to get back to normal-ish. For now I would get some jumbo undies that hold everything in (put them on away from mirrors). Don't be to hard on yourself and enjoy your babies.
