Head, neck, back pain after epidural/ spinal block

Hi, I had our 3 rd baby 4 wks ago via elective section. I was given an epidural/ spinal block. Since then I have had sever head, neck and back pain. I returned to my dr to get everything checked incase their was an issue but he said their was no sign of infection or anything and he thought their was just a lot of bruising and stiffness from being laid out on the table flat on my back for over an hour. The thing is it hasn't gotten better it's the same stiffness/ pain and sometimes it's so bad it makes me feel so sick I can't function. Which isn't very good as I have 3 children to look after.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop or fix the pain? Iam not a huge fan of Chiros so pls don't suggest using one.

Please go and see another doctor as a matter of priority. There are many serious things that could be causing this....

I have a friend who had very similar symptoms to what you're describing. She ended up with a blood patch (google it) but had to be quite pushy at the beginning! If you had an OB talk to them and tell them your symptoms, if not talk to the maternity ward where you delivered. And yes, get a second opinion - this can be really debilitating. I don't want to freak you out but this is important and you may need to have an MRI ASAP.
