Hi Im's
I just found out I'm pregnant for the second time, my first pregnancy I was pregnant with twins. I was told it's likely I can have twins again.
I tested 4 days before my period was due and instantly a second positive line appeared. That day I went for a confirmation blood test and my hcg levels were 258.
It's unlikely I'm further along as I know exact day/time of conception.
What were others hcg levels in early pregnancy? Especially with twins. Thanks :)

With twins I'm certain your hcg levels are higher because you're carrying twice the amount of babies so not to worry:)
I've not had twins, but with my first I didn't get a positive until I was 5 weeks along. With my second I got a positive 6 days before I had even missed my period. They thought I was having twins this time round because it was so early and already showing a lot of HCG (can't remember exact figure sorry but was around the 400's), but after doing another blood test two days later it had only doubled meaning there was only one baby. I've had 4 scans since then (am 23 weeks now) and all 4 have showed only one baby. Good luck, you'll have to let us know how you go xx
At 4 weeks with my singleton, my HCG was 78. 24 hours later it was around 150.
At 4 weeks, with twins my HCG was 138. 24 hours later it was around 300 - can't remember exact numbers.
I know parents who had HCG numbers in the 400-500 at the same time, and were pregnant with a singleton. I had other mums tell me no way was I having twins, as there numbers where in the 1000s at the same time mine was 300.
While numbers might be able to give you an indication, it isn't conclusive.
