I need some help getting fit again. I am coming off maternity leave soon, ready to go back to work, Iddon'tneed to loose weight, i just need to get fitter, cardio and muscular..
We generally eat really well, cook fresh vegetables and meats almost every nnight, some pastas, lots of fruit.. take out once a fortnight for a special treat for the ggrownups..
I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for a beginneR, I don'tknow where to start..
I also have pretty bad asthma an d a bad back, Iam unable to lift massive aamounts of weight.

Start with walking. Get a pedometer or fitbit and count your steps. Then gradually increase from there. Once that's part of your routine find some hills to walk up. No lifting and no expense required. Once I got to that point I got a personal trainer. If I'd started before that id have fainted in the first session!!
