My son is nearly 4 years old and is my middle child. I am concerned about his recent behaviour. On one hand is is very sensitive. I mean to the point that if I have run out of nutri grain he falls to pieces in a heap on the floor. He is also ver whiny and whingy all the time.
Then on the other hand, he can be very rude and nasty to his younger brother.
He refuses to eat- anything. I have tried it all. I only cook meals that I know my kids will eat so I eliminate the fighting and stress at dinner time. I am at the end of my rope. My mum suggested asperges and said that a lot of his mannerisms are like hose of asperges. Who do I go to in order to find out what is going on? Is this just normal behaviour? My older son never went through this type of phase. I don't want to be a neurotic mother? But I do want to help my son.

Get a referral to a developmental paediatrician. My motto is 'if in doubt check it out'
Sounds like my 4year old. Completely normal behavior.
sounds so much like my son! only if we have run out of something or he isn't allowed it he will destroy something else..last night it was my graduation watch that he knows I love after saying fine then ill smash your watch..i hope you get some answers xx
