First mediation meeting via phone

Hiya-
Just a quick question - have recently had phone call from mediation centre in qld (I'm in wa) to have first mediation meeting via phone- on request from ex partner-
Can I ask how others have gone /results etc from their first meeting?
Feeling slightly nervous /worried- I know I'll be fine & everything just I guess wondering what to expect etc - thank you ?
