financial change

Hi. Please post this anon. (I think u do anyway)

I have an urgent financial advice question about my future... With ftb A .. ftb B.. and my pension. As I am a single mother of two children.

I have just found out I'm accidentally pregnant with number 3.
I have 2 options, to do this alone... or tough it and move in with the daddy... see how it goes.. blah blah.
I am scared... and terrified.. that I will not be able to financially support myself and three children if I go defacto I currently just scrape through with my pension and ftb A& B.

My question is... The daddy gets about 650$ a week. Which is no where near enough to support all of us...
What will I be entitled to ? My 2children are from a previous failed relationship.
I'm not out to take from the tax payers... I still work part time.. and when ever I have spare time I'm doing odd jobs for people.. I do have a great work ethic.. but I'm also not afraid to do this alone to secure my benefits for the sake of my children eating.
I'm very stressed and worried.
Has anyone been in this situation. I am desperate for advice and approximate numbers.. so I can plan what's best for us.
Please no judgment. . I understand people's view on benefits. .. Thank you all in advance.

I am in a similar situation. I will be following. I left a marriage due to abuse, and have now met another man. I have 3 kids and he's talking moving in together. His average income is 750/week. I am saying no way, as I am studying to try and get a better future income, and I have no idea how much worse I will be off if I move in with him. I know there is parenting payment partnered. and ftb A, but you would lose ftb B if you had a partner.

You would not lose ftb part b if partnered and he's only on $650 per week.
I am defacto, we have 3 kids. I earn about $350-400 f/n from work & my partner earns about $720-$900 per week depending on his hours. I am still entitled to ftb a, ftb b & rent assistance. Which totals roughly $700 per fortnight. I also share custody of 1 of my children, if you have your children full time you may be entitled to a little bit more?! You can use online calculator on the human services website to work out what you would be entitled to.
Hope that helps
