I have just received a fine from the police for not wearing my seatbelt, however I defiantly was wearing it. The police officer would not listen to me and told me he saw I wasn't when I was. My question is if I fight this on court would I have any chance of winning when it's their word against mine? Has anyone had this happen and taken it to court if so what was the outcome?

Take it to court, make sure you have legal representation, i saw something in facebook a while ago from a police officer about how to fight and win. If its a bogus charge then there is no way you can loose make sure he has photo evidence etc it is your word against his and he has to prove he is right you don't have to prove anything but he does.
