fear of miscarriage

I am 9 almost 10 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and up until now my pregnancy has been one with severe nausea to the point i needed medication to get through some days and really tender breasts, which is completly new to me even though this is pregancy 3 as my first 2 were the easiest pregnancies with barely any symptims apart from a growing belly. However i woke up this morning and the tenderness has gone and my nausea is very minor. Im just wondering if this is something i should be concerened about or whether as im moving into my 2nd trimester things are just settling down. Has anyone had this happened and still gone onto a safe and healthy pregnancy or is this not looking good for my pregnancy.

I was exactly like this with my only pregnancy. I was so sick that first trimester in the second I was so much better. Went on to have a totally normal pregnancy. I've heard others say each pregnancy can be really different so try not to stress and read too much into it.

Hi, I've had two miscarriages and went on to have my healthy little boy who is nearly two. This happened to me when I was pregnant with him at ten weeks. They do say that loss of symptoms can mean a threatened miscarriage. I noticed loss of symptoms with both of my MC's however they were both before eight weeks. The risk of miscarriage after a heartbeat is detected is very low. If you are worried about it I would go to your doctor on Monday and request a referral for another ultrasound and tell a little lie (say you've had a small bleed or something) along with the loss of symptoms they should take you seriously and get one booked ASAP. This is what I did when I experienced this with my little boy. I had an ultrasound straight away and he was absolutely fine! Which was a huge relief! Good luck.. X
