educational games to help my son at school

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has some computer games or programs they have downloaded that encourage their childrens learning, they could recommend? he is in his first year of big school prep.he has a short attention span so thought maybe if I can get him into games on the conputer that also are educational and make learning fun would be good. Thank you
