I am 27 and have had constant ringing in my ear since I had a middle ear infection in one ear and swimmers eat in the other. That was what I was 15. I hardly ever went clubbing when I was younger or went to many concerts. Would anyone know where to start top get this checked out?

Start with your GP it may be tinnitus (ringing of the ears). Also google tinnitus support groups
It is probably tinnitus, there are some medications your doctor may try to help it. I have it as well, constant ringing but worse if I'm stressed or in a quiet place. I haven't done much about it as I am used to it.
