Hi, my son was 3 in March, and he is constantly dribbling, the only time he doesn't is when he is asleep. He has all of his teeth so I've illiminated that to be a cause. It's like he forgets to swallow. His speech is fine but does mostly breath through his mouth. I do have him booked to see our GP in a few weeks just after a bit if insight and questions to ask.
Thanks in advance!

It could be a couple of things. GP and ear nose and throat person would be a great start. Allergies etc can force you to breath through your mouth. If the ENT says it's not that then is find a speech pathologist that works in the area of lip closure/breathing etc.
