Dinners

Need inspiration with ideas for dinner. Easy, somewhat healthy and freezable if possible. GO! :-)

Fritters are a hit at my house! Not sure if they're freezable because we never have leftovers. :)
Favourites are broccoli and cauliflower or carrot and zucchini. But you can use a variety of different vegetables. I serve mine with salad and rice.
Other favourites here are lasagnes, meatloafs, pasta bakes or spaghetti - all made with chicken mince and loaded with hidden vegetables.
Quiches are also a family fave for us. I make a tomato & mushroom one that is gone minutes after serving. But also great for variety as you can make many different fillings.
Also, egg muffins (or crustless quiches) have been served here for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Pies...short crust is dead easy stuff it with any stew or cassarole (you can slow cook it) and wrap it in short crust bake and freeze it...

Slow cooker dump bags (google)

Vegetable slice potato slice zucchini slice quiche lasagne all of it can be baked and frozen I prefer buying disposable baking trays with lids for making these and throwing in the freezer so I don't lose my favourite baking dishes for the sake of freezing It all.

I use grill trays and large clip seal bags to pack crumbed chicken wings cutlets wingdings marinades premade skewers schitzel etc ready to go into the oven.

I freeze up a heap of bolognese, savoury mince and chicken curry that way I can use them however I want- in a lasagne, a pie or just on their own as spaghetti or whatever. I also make my own cheese and spinach rolls and sausage rolls to freeze (so easy to make!)
