depression+pregnancy+birth

hi ive just been diagnosed with major depression and i am taking zoloft. i am 10 weeks pregnant and breatfeeding my youngest and i have a 2 year old. what i want to know is there any other mums in the same boat? did medication effect your pregnancy at all? also my doctor said if im the meds during brith the baby will have withdrawal for 48 hours or i go med free a month before birth and the baby is fine. the withdrawal doesnt effect bub but going off the meds can cause alot of issues for me. im horrible of the drugs i have no control so again has any mum be in my situation? my husband just wants me back to me and he is being surprisingly supportive but i want some other mums advice
