Keep looking for names and run them by each other or wait untill she is born and decide which name she looks more like
For our first we used each of our favourite names put them together hubbies name first mine second as they sounded nice that way and we ended up with Aurora Emily :)
Another suggestion is for both of you to write down girl names you like then when you are both finished compare your lists and write down in a separate piece of paper all the names that are the same....,
I picked a name I liked and he picked a name he liked and as the host I called dibs on first name.
we had the first name chosen almost immediately after our scan that said it was a girl. however we said no middle name but about 2 months to go i found a name that went so perfectly and i loved its meaning. he kept saying no no no no
i kept joking it could be a push present! haha anyways 8 hours into my labour he told me I could have any name I wanted. haha so she became kiana nalu.
my advice is just wait till labour. he might do the same (i have a few friends say the same thing) or when you see her you might know what her name is. you might even surprisingly think hubbys name suits her better.
With our oldest my partner wanted Layla which I didn't so he agreed to change the L to a T and that's where we got her name Tayla and she was always going to have my middle name for her middle name. For our second we picked the name while waiting to go in for the c section which he really liked Maddison. And I got my way with her middle name
If you both have names picked that each other doesn't like you need to go back to the beginning and make a new list of names :)
