cyclic vomiting

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with cyclic vomiting and what your experiences have been? My 2 yr old son has been diagnosed with it and in the last 4 weeks has had vomiting 3 Times. He is gluten, wheat and dairy free so it shouldn't be anything in his diet affecting it and he also had baby biotic, vitamins and organic coconut oil.
Is there anything anyone has found to help reduce the cycle of it?
Also if you have any experience with this how long did it last? I understand it can last for years but I'm just curious what others experience is with it? It breaks my heart to see him so sick constantly. I should maybe also mention he has also been diagnosed with autism as well so he is quite susceptible to these sort of things and his immunity is quite low due to his lack of interest in foods but we do try and get as much healthy food into him as possible. Has this been something that perhaps parents with children on the autism spectrum have found to be a common issue also in regards to constantly getting sick?
Thank you ladies

I'm interested also. My 2 1/2 year old has recently been diagnosed also. It's hard to watch them deal with it. Doesn't seem to be much that can be done except hoping they grow out of it. I did see a FB page for it though might be good to post in there? My little one isn't on the spectrum & is otherwise healthy.

Not sure if it would help but perhaps it's the textures of the food rather than the food itself. Maybe it's worth seeing a speech pathologist. I have a family member who's on the spectrum and he doesn't like the touch of certain texture so things.
