Wanting some advice on custody.... I have recently left a DV realationship, we have a 18 month old together. I have been recieveing threatening and nasty txt msgs for weeks, that I am now going to get a DVO, which my daughter will be under. My question is what will happen when we go to court over custody, i dont want him having her unsupervised and i dont want a day without her. I have no idea how court will go because i know we will not agree in mediation. Any advice or experiences would be great :)
