Hi IMs I wrote in a few months ago about a suprise pregnancy and I was extremely worried as I am classes as high risk this will be csection no 4 I am now 15 weeks with a healthy baby :-) but I have started to notice my csection scar is really starting to hurt it feels bruised and my partner says it looks redder then normal I have never had this issue before and not sure if I should be concerned (I'm not asking for medical advice) has anyone else had the same type of issue? I see my dr on Monday it has been over 2 years since my last csection but I have had 3 all up and this will be no4

Congratulations on baby.
I've had 1 Csection with 3 yr gap and am now 36 wks.
My scar hurt a lot in first 4 mths then settled but hurting again now.
Dr said completely normal just strettching

Just be careful hun, I've had 3 c-sections and had a fair bit of pain around the scar with my third. It felt more internal though. When they delivered my baby the surgeon said my uterus was paper thin.. It's not recommended I have another, I possibly could if I wait at least 5 years or want to risk a ruptured uterus. But long story short the pain I was having was because of the pressure on the cut.. I'm very lucky it didn't rupture. Not trying to frighten you, just be very careful.
