Hi ladies,
Recently I was in a car accident. I was rear ended and I had my 2 kids 2.5yo and 10 months in the car as well as my husband. I didn't handle the accident very well and I ended up screaming uncontrollably and hyperventilating which then turned into a panic attack. My children witness all of this and especially my eldest. He now won't stop talking about mummy smashing the car and has started clinging to a particular toy. He takes it to bed and carries it everywhere and he panics when someone tries taking it off him. I'm worried he'll remember this and it could emotionally scar him. I'm not coping to well with all of this and I just feel absolutely awful...

Speak to your GP and if you already have one a psychologist
Around 2 and half my son was extremely attached to his teddy. Ted went everywhere with us until he got lost a few times then I managed to talk my son into leaving his ted in his bed so he wouldn't loose it.
