I've always wantes a big family
i have a three year old from old relationship
my partner and i would like a baby
we have been trying for a year
i have pcos and he has had testicular cancer and clearly recieved treatment so his sperm count is zero.
does nyone have any positive stories or suggestions l. do you think we could fall pregnant? Doctors say it takes time.
he finished treatment about 3-4 yrs ago.

There is always a chance, but with a zero sperm count I would consider using (possibly his brother or cousin or a sperm bank) sperm for IVF. Good Luck
