I just need to get the bowel biopsy to be diagnosed, looks like 95% that I am. Where do I go from here? Food wise etc....

I would go have a chat to a dietitian (apd) they can offer useful advice

Lol steer away from the gluten free hype. Learn what foods are naturally free of gluten.

Potato is cool corn is cool which puts potato flour and corn flour in the good list.

The vegetta vegetable stocks are gluten free

I think rice is safe. If you steer clear of the processed stuff and stick with whole foods to start and get an idea of which foods naturally do and don't contain gluten it will give you a better idea from there what the lables actually mean without having to rely on the shocking gluten free primo price hiked stuff that tastes like cardboard and you can eat real food. Mashed potato is a great sub for flour in relation to cake recipes too.

I have to occasionally bake for ladies lunches where we have a few with celiac disease attending.

To start off with I FREAKED omg what is gluten free...with some googling I steered clear of the gluten free almond meal and had a decent list of safe veggies and some nice affordable range of safe ingredients and recipes to fall back on.

It wasnt long before I realised many of the recipes I regularly make are actually gluten free...

Omg my jelly slice is gluten free, my creamy slice is gluten free. My pavlova is gluten free apple cider vinegar and potato flour INCREDIBLE I swear.....

And all my stir fries just serve with rice

And you can have a field day with risottos

DO NOT shop in the gluten free section test it :) go to the gluten free section and write down the prices for almond meal and almonds. Then walk to the baking Eisle and check the prices for almonds and almond meal......that is the price of trusting the labels and not knowing your foods.
