She is the product of what you have created. In saying that you can change it, it just takes time. Is there someone you can leave her with that can deal with the separation issue, consistently one or two days a week? I had the same issue with my 7month old, left her with nana a few days a week and she got over it after a few weeks! She's now 2 and loves to go out with others. As for the waking at night, I have no idea......one day she just slept all night!!

I have the same problem and I know it's nothing I have done. It's just because my daughter and I are together all day every day and if I leave it's scary to her because. We are together most of the time. Start slowly with a quick trip to the shop And as she gets used to you leaving make it longer that you are away. I have also found if my mum or who ever is going to babysit takes her out of the room before I leave she doesn't care as much if at all. My last tip is to get people to take her from your home my daughter is quite happy to do this because she never seems to cry.

My daughter was the same 9-11 months but the last month she has become a lot less clingy,
She was in bed at nights with me and would sleep no longer than half hour without me by her side but it was a faze and the last month she is great she picks and chooses who she won't cry with but she doesn't cling to me

Just ride it out it's totally normal
Good luck xx
