Child support and being a single mum

Hi,
I've just broken up with my partner and dad of 2 kids. I don't know what to do from here!
I need a house, and child support and 100% custody (his job means he won't go for custody, so it should be an easy process)

So... Where do I start? I want to start this asap, as I don't want to live with my parents anymore.

Please help.
