Child support 2 years later

Hi ladies. Hoping someone could help me with a child support question... The father of my child got an exemption from child support due to the act I was worried about what him and his family would do to really make life living hell. Anyway it's been 2 years now and I regret doing it. I want to hit him with child support. My daughter deserves it and I want to do the right thing. He needs to take on his responsibilities.
My question is - Can I apply again for child support even though I have the exemption on it? Can I explain to them why I want to do it now? Tia

Honestly I'd let it go. I'm not sure changing your mind would look good anyway (if for some reason you went to court over custody) and he may just start making life difficult for you.
