Can't wait for baby #2

My husband and I are trying for a while now for baby #2. Baby #1 was a beautiful surprise so I didn't have to stress about actually falling pregnant. I am 7 day past ovulation and I have nausea, sensitive nipples and can't seem to eat enough. I know these are all signs of pregnancy but is there still a chance won't be? Has anyone else experienced symptoms like this and then not been pregnant? I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

When we were trying for #2 nearly every month I would swear I was pregnant from the symptoms I was having. Honestly I think your mind can trick you into thinking you're pregnant when you're not. #1 was a wonderful surprise conceived on our wedding night, and #2 happened on my 4th cycle (although cycles were up to 40 days, so took about 5-6 months). The month we finally conceived we were all sick and not really thinking I'd get pregnant. The only other thing I did differently that month was track my cervix changes. Good luck,
I hope you're pregnant.
