Hi. Just wondering if anyone has any helpful advice regarding breastfeeding. Im currently 31weeks pregnant with my 5th bub. So far each breastfeeding journey has gotten shorter. Longest being 6 weeka with my first and then my supply just vanishes. Nothing there at all. Ive been a member of the aus breastfeeding association, I have seen multiple different lactation consultants and so far nothing has really helped. Last bub I was put on the tablets to assist in increasing supply which did help but caused migraines and is not an option. Ive tried each and every bub and tried expressing both by hand and pump . but still not got very far.
so I was after any and all advice from the best pumps to cookies (I've heard about them but no ideĆ” what they are etc) and anything else I can try. I would love to achieve longer this time and am determined to try again at the least.
Sorry for long post and thanks in advance

Breastfeeding is tough!
I found when I drink milo with milk my supply increases. I have heard the cookies help too, but I haven't tried them.
Just want to say good luck with it :) and don't stress if it doesn't work, I've heard the first milk - my mind is blank for the proper name - is the most important :D
