My baby is 4 months old and is breastfed. At the start of course I was leaking everywhere and milk just poured out, but then once my baby got used to it, I stopped leaking and was in a great routine of feeding her on demand. In this last week I have been leaking non stop. I don't wear a bra to bed or breast pads (only during the day) and when I start to feed her, the other breast starts leaking with fast droplets. And then if I detach her, the breast she was feeding from starts streaming milk out. What is going on? She hasn't been feeding more or less, she feeds on demand but it's regular. And my breasts do not feel engorged. It only seems to leak when she is feeding.

I had the same problem. I had a face wash I would put over my other breast. I dont have a answer for you but it did stop. I would even wake up at night and my side of the bed was wet from all the milk i leaked while sleeping. My little one is almost 2 now and still breastfeed and I never leak anymore.
I just used if wear a soft maternity bra to bed, with pads.
