I have a 1 yr old baby boy and preggers with our second.
Over ther past couple of days ivee been finding harder to cope and im at the point of having a nervous breakdown. I have a doctors appointment on the 30th and ill betrying to talk to him about it. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can do to keep myself from breaking point.. I love my son but hes stressing me out beyond belife and never lets me have some time alone.

Yes, this is what one year olds are like. It's really hard. If you have somewhere to send your 1 year old like daycare, grandmas, aunts, sisters then do that as much as you can. Otherwise if you know a teenage girl who is a bit child obsessed and wants to earn some cash. Offer her a few hours after school work, lock yourself in your room, take a bath, read a book in that time.
When hubby/partner gets home for week, hand him the baby and go for a walk. No debate, no buts. It's not baby sitting if it's his kid.
When things get too much, walk into another room and count to 10 and regather yourself.
Bathtime is usually good time for me time too. Have you son in the bath and make yourself a cuppa and just sit and watch him, they generally love the bath and it keeps them occupied for a little while. Or a shower if he prefers the shower.
