Hi Im's, my DD is due to have her first baby in 4 weeks, yesterday I drove her to hospital with pains in lower belly that were coming and going (pains start off light then more severe in middle then light when they finish) very random, while at hospital she went to toilet and had blood in her urine (looked like strawberry cordial colour) hospital have taken a sample and we are waiting on results, ultrasound came back with everything still in place, did internal but couldn't see cervix very well, they are saying we should treat it like a bladder infection, we have both had these over the years but never had blood like this in urine, has anyone else had this happen whilst pregnant, TIA

When I was younger I had kidney reflux disease. Which instead of my kidneys expelling urine, it went back into my kidneys when I went toilet instead of coming out of me like normal. I exchange, it caused bleeding & I pretty much peed out blood, & a lot of it. Something is obviously going on with your daughter because weeing blood isn't normal.
