When informing Friends and Family you are expecting, What order would you tell?
I've had friends fall out over other friends not informing them when thy were suppose to be "close" I just don't want that to happen to me.

I've always told my closest friends and family first, before the 12wks. I figure if anything happened they would be the ones to support me.
Then once that magic 12th weeks comes I send bulk text msg to EVERYONE. Tell your friends and family that know before everyone else not to say anything that they knew before the rest of the world and you should be fine.
People who fall out over not being the first to know are in it for the gossip in my opinion. True friends will be supportive no matter when they find out.
