I'm not really into fast and vigorous exercise - I love afternoon walks and kicking a ball around at the park. I'm not a gym person. I've been reading up on the amazing benefits of yoga for a long while. Is it as amazing as they say, for both the mind AND weightloss?

it might tone you up but not for weightloss on its own.
I've never done it long enough for it to be of any fitness benefit but mind definitely, I feel amazing and calm after and with a 2yr old and busy husband at home it's nice to have some calm and focus (even if it doesn't last long once I'm home lol)
Go and try it and see for yourself. I love it, it feels great and without running around sweating its still a workout you feel itduring & afterwards, it's working your core.
