Baby weight loss or gain

Hi there! I have heard many mixed things about breast feeding and weight gain / loss etc. just wondering if anyone can shed some light or share their experiences with weight loss after stopping feeding? I was sticking to a really healthy diet of lots of greens, lean meat and brown grains, fruit. Minimal processed foods, exercising 30 minutes per day, baby weight has stuck like glue... Have stopped feeding and am wondering if the extra weight might come off? Can you share your experiences? Can it be hormonal? Thanks :)

Yep, it can be normal. It can take some people much longer to loose weight, it takes ages for some women's hormones to return to normal. Plus if you add in any sleep deprivation (as that's a killer for weight loss) it can take a long time for your body to respond.
