Hi IMs, I have two questions for you all.
I'm pregnant with my third child and I'm thinking of doing things a little differently. My first was a dream after a few weeks when she started on formula and slept through in her own room at 3 months with pretty much no encouragement. My second (formula fed again) had a lot of health issues so slept in our room for about 9 months, and now at 1 1/2 sleeps in her own room but wakes for a bottle in the night still.
With our third I'd like to look into attachment parenting/co-sleeping/baby wearing. If you've done both styles of parenting, which one did you prefer and does anyone have some good links for research/information on the topics?
I also intend on having a damn good crack at breastfeeding again. I was unable to both times due to lack of milk production and was told second time round it could just be due to my small breast size physically being unable to produce enough on demand. Has anyone else had similar issues and was there anything you were able to do to overcome it?
Thanks! :)

Hi, not sure where you are located but on FB I am a member of a group called The Natural Parent Perth. You can look up other natural parenting groups in your area. Small breast size has no bearing on the milk you produce :) The best way to increase your supply is to feed, feed, feed. As a newborn my bub fed every hour for an hour. This went on for a couple months before the feeds got shorter and then there was 2 hrs between feeds, 3 hrs etc.. Demand feeding is best way to do it IMO.
If baby has a tongue tie then sometimes they are not able to latch properly and that can affect your supply.
Anyways I could write all day about this haha, so in short, I'd say look up a natural parenting group on fb and you will get great advice from lots of AP mums.
